Tony Boselli on the idea of Joe Flacco being an 'elite' quarterback:  "Joe’s playing very well right now. He’s a very good quarterback. Is he top five? I’m not sure. Obviously there’s four guys; Rodgers, Brees, Brady, Manning. Those are your top four guys. And then after that, you have a handful that rotate in number five. I think it’s very hard, that second tier, and I use that term, ‘second tier’ very loosely because they’re great quarterbacks and they’re great players. But I’m not sure that they’re in that category of that top four quite yet. I put Joe Flacco right there on the cusp. You have a guy that you want. Listen, there’s a bunch of teams in this league that would love Joe Flacco to be their franchise quarterback. Is he super elite? No, but he’s a franchise guy that you can build around."
