DeMeco Ryans on went wrong last season in Phildelphia: "We got out there on Sundays, and we had some guys showing up and some guys not showing up. That was more disappointing to me than all of the outside factors. Just as a team going out on the field we had costly mistakes, we didn’t play smart in certain situations and we weren’t able to win games. That was the most disappointing thing for me… I can’t do that again. I’m not looking to be put in that situation again or deal with that again. I feel like with the change coming, change should be good for us. I’m excited and eager to see who we’re going to hire as the new head coach and what direction we’re going in. I’m looking to turn this thing around quickly."
