Bessire on the 11-1 Atlanta Falcons vs. Saints last night: "It was a brutal game, and I guess one of those games that can be a bit of an anomaly when it comes to guy as good as Drew Brees is. I guess to a degree you could say it was coming after 54 consecutive games having a touchdown pass, eventually that streak was going to end. But I can’t believe how lucky Atlanta continues to get. They’re not 11-1 good. They’re good, but they’re not 11-1 good right now, and I think you’ll ultimately see that down the stretch. A struggle in the playoffs is likely for the Falcons again this year."
